Terms.
The license that comes with every Quiver plugin, and the refund policy attached to every purchase. Plain English, no traps.
License grant
When you buy a Quiver plugin, you receive a single-user license. You may install and use the plugin on any number of machines that you personally own and use. The license is not transferable: you can't sell, lend, or give your license key to another person.
The plugin itself remains the property of Quiver. The license gives you the right to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
What's not allowed
- Sharing your license key with anyone outside your own setup, including bandmates, studios you work in but don't own, or online.
- Redistributing or reselling the plugin, the installer, or the license key.
- Reverse engineering the plugin for the purpose of redistribution or competing products. Reverse engineering for personal interoperability is permitted to the extent allowed by EU law.
- Using a license key obtained through fraud, refund chargeback, or other illegitimate means.
Updates
Updates within the same major version (1.x) are free for the life of that version. Major upgrades (1.x → 2.x) may be a paid upgrade — we'll always offer an existing-customer discount when they happen.
Warranty disclaimer
The plugin is provided "as is." We test on a representative range of hardware and hosts, but we can't guarantee it will work for every possible combination. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Quiver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin.
This disclaimer does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law that cannot be waived by contract.
Refund policy
14 days, no questions asked. If a Quiver plugin doesn't fit your setup, reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy directly; the money usually returns to your card within a few business days.
EU consumers also have the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our policy lines up with that — we're not asking you to waive anything.
We may decline a refund if your license key has been used in a way that suggests fraud (e.g. shared widely, leaked online). In those cases we'll explain why before declining.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Denmark have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and reflected in the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the plugin after such changes means you accept the updated terms.
